Rummage Sale

Date: May 15, 2010, 8-12, FMS
Item Drop Off: May 14, 2010, 9-6

A one day event in early spring. An opportunity for anyone to donate all their gently used items. A great day for teachers to come shop for their classrooms. Bring a friend.

HELP US/HELP YOURSELF by cleaning out your basements, garages, and closets, and donating those items to the FEF rummage sale. We are looking for gently used books, toys, furniture, house wares, sporting goods, clothing, etc. Please NO computers.

Spelling Bee

Date: June 2, 2010, FHS Theater, 7 PM
Emcee: Kim Block

A magnificent event that takes place in the high school theater in early spring. A predominantly adult spelling bee involving the entire Falmouth community ... Teachers, Fire and Police, librarians, tennis groups, college alumni, book groups, and any other teams of 3 come to spell. It is $300 a team to enter and many local business's and families sponsor teams.

"BEE" A TEAM! It can be a group of friends, neighbors or co-workers! Form a team of three spellers. The teams come onto the stage in groups of 6 or 7 and walk off if they are eliminated. There really is no humiliation factor!

"BEE" A SPONSOR!  Consider finding a local business to sponsor for your group. Just $300 per team (that's $100 per speller).

Everybody has a good time.
